Mulla The Transfer Of Property Act

The tenth edition of Mulla Transfer of Property Act contains, inter alia, qualitative analysis of the law; recent and updated case-law in the areas of gift and lease; recent amendments, notably the Registration and other Related Laws (Amendment) Act 2001 and Transfer of Property Amendment Act 2002. More importantly, an attempt has been made to incorporate and update the Supreme Court decisions. English law and decisions have been suitably placed for tracing the sources of legal principles which have been statutorily embodied in the Act with appropriate variations, keeping in mind the domestic need and prevailing customs and practice.
