Justice K Kannan is a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. He is the revising editor of several leading books including Modi, A Textbook of Medical Jurisprudence & Toxicology and Paruk’s The Indian Succession Act.
He enrolled as an advocate in July 1977 and is a third generation lawyer in his family. Justice Kannan was elevated as Judge of the Madras High Court in July 2008. He was on the editorial board of the Madras Law Journal from 2006 to 2008.
