Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotional campaign will be valid only from September 1, 2011 till March 31, 2011.
  2. Only those persons who register themselves for a demo will only be eligible for the lucky draw.
  3. The lucky draw will be held in January 2012 after completion of the campaign.
  4. Three lucky winners will be selected through random draw process and the winners will be eligible for LexisNexis books worth INR 5000/- each. One lucky winner will be selected through random draw process and the winner will be awarded an iPad 2.
  5. The winners will be contacted by email/phone by the Company and will be asked to produce a legitimate identity proof to claim their prize.
  6. The Company will provide a list of books to the lucky draw winners, to choose from. However, the company reserves the right to provide alternative books/gifts in the event of non-availability of the chosen stock.
  7. Multiple registrations by a single individual is not permitted. In case repeat registrations from one individual are received only one will be considered for the draw and rest would stand rejected.
  8. LexisNexis customer care will call the registered people to brief them about the demo of the product. LexisNexis reserves the right not to give a demo if it believes that the request is not from a genuine prospective customer.
  9. LexisNexis reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotional campaign in its entirety or in part at any time without prior notification.
  10. LexisNexis Employees, distributors/resellers and retailers/booksellers are not eligible for this lucky draw.
  11. In the event there is any dispute, LexisNexis reserves the right to suitably decide the matter or refer the matter for its final adjudication to the Arbitrator, who shall be the MD of LexisNexis. The decision of Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
