Kusum Bhatnagar is presently serving as Magistrate Class-I, Meerut.She is also a member of the Juvenile Justice Board, Meerut since its formation in 2003. She has worked for the rehabilitation of children in conflict with law. From time to time she has organised and addressed seminars on rehabilitation of children in conflict with law. During her diploma in Human Rights, she presented
